iso's, how to copy?

I just downloaded the game DragonballGT: Final bout and it came with 2 files..one is .BIN and the other is .CUE...my question is...
How do i burn them so that it is playable on my PSX? I have a mod chip and all that stuff..i just dont know how to burn it correctly! thanx!

I already own the cd. It got soo badly cratched up so I can't play it thats why I downloaded it.
