I'm not sure its called the blue messiah or messiah magic 3 but from what I found its call messiah v7 but the diagram look the same...
Its possible the china-messiah and china-magic combine to produce this new chip for v7 board?????????????/  By the way here is where I found my info.. http://www.ps2kingdom.com/1index.htm
