Actually 4x is good for the everyday burner, but I use 32x with my Light-On whenever I make my own rips. But you have to make sure your burner is capable of burning properly at that rate of speed. Mine is, so I can do it with no problems.
Try reburing the bad burned cd with CloneCD too I have been sent rips that didnt work until I reburned them with CloneCD. Tyler!
