It does this until the game crashes and becomes unusual. The console stores this information so it will be pointless reburning from a Bin or CUE file you have on the hard drive. If you want to be able to play the game again you will need to re rip from the original disc but FADE will kick back in.
How does the console store this information? Memory card?
