I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE I GOT FROM THEM AND ALSO WITH THE UNIT ITSELF... JUST PUT THE BACKUP IN, PRESS RESET, AND START PLAYING... note: This is the SAME unit as Charlie_PS2 has.... I'm sure he will post and tell you how good this unit is also...
