DO NOT DO DISK to DISK..Always make Images first..
For some reason I had the same problem..Only difference was I tried to use the DVD-rom to read the image of DVD-R but it failed.. So I use the A03 instead and everything went Great.. So technically unless you got a 2 x A03's or A04's to do Disc to Disc don't bother..Besides doing Disc to Disc isn't quite that good.
