Go to Adaptec's website, http://www.roxio.com/ and download "ASPICHK" utility to determine the version on your ASPI files. If the version yu have is earlier than 4.60, download and run the "ASPI32.EXE" utility from the same website. If your aspi version is current or up to date, then it is a problem with the software and you need to go to GoldenHawk for support, or use different software. 8-)
