ok what you need to do is goto http://krypt.dyndns.org:81/dcfactory/download.phtml
Then install Dreamcast Factory, once youve got that installed click on 'tasks', then choose SMEG (the master system emulator), then click on download.

Once the plain files have finished downloading click on the 'perform task' button then follow the wizard through.
