Um..You can't!!! Try reading some of the threads on this forum.
This has been answered million times..Only thing you can do is rip the DVD to CD-R..But at the minimum you need a DVD-rom drive to read the DVD rom..For the Best results get yourself a Pioneer DVD Burner. DVD rips tends to cut extra's from the DVD rom..Intro,Endings and etc..
