you dont convert em to .cda, you convert em to .wav's

winamp can actually do this (provided you have a recent version), just go to the preferances, select plugins - output, and on the right select "Nullsoft Disk writer plugin etc. etc." and click configure to setup where you want the wavs to go.

Then just play the tracks you want and they'll appear as wav's in your output directory. Dont worry, you wont actually HEAR them play but the slider bar will move. You may also want to turn on the "manual playlist advance", under options, to make sure it doesnt automatically go ahead and convert the next song on your playlist if you dont want it too.

You THEN need to use a program ( i use adaptec easy CD creator, it's good enough for making audio CDs) to select the wav's and place em in the order you want burnt, you can use the wizard if you want, makes it even easier. Then just burn the mofo and bingo, you have an audio CD. youll see that when you have a look at the CD all the tracks are there labled track01.cda, track02.cda etc etc.

Hope this helps.
