Nero 5.5 Help

I have been using nero 5.5 for ages now after installing TMPGEnc 2.5 & TMPGEncVFP I get (POWER CALIBRATION ERROR) when copying now what have I done wrong.

System: Pentium 3 733, 512 Ram, XP Pro

Please Help
