NO...a dvd copier is about 3k right now. DVD has MUCH more info packed on the same space as a cd and can not be read by a cd player...so how can you expect to WRITE something that can't even be read by same?
the closest you can get is a program that strips the DVD from the disk (need dvd player to do it), convert it to MPEG, then burn it back...but that would require 2 (sometimes 3) cd's...and then only playable on a computer.
I have done much research on this. This site has a link to the DVD answers I just gave.
