How do I use a patch

Hi Paul I downloaded a patch for Ape Escape ir has four files
File ID DIZ
PDX APE -BLK
PDX APE.EXE
PDX APEC .NFO
iT SAID TO USE CDR WIN SO i INSTALLED CDRWIN 3 however it will not find my cd writer .I did manage make a bin file and a cue file but then it says go into cdrwin and go to cuesheet options, load the cuesheet and burn but I could not find cue sheet options
I will have to find another copier that will find my cdr and can wright in Raw and produce bin files
