Plextor PW1210A and burning utils

I have a question....I'm gonna buy a PlexWriter 1210A (IDE) and I would like to know If it's a good writer...and which is the best program I can use with.

Yes it is a really good writer one of the best u get win on cd with it that works with bootable and none bootable dc's
also u get plex tools that in itself gave me a copy of a vcd for me first try
im still new but have read the topics
