The only way to burn with Nero is to first use cdrwin to make a bin file and apply the patch with ppf-o-matic.
Then convert the bin to an iso and burn with Nero. It would be a lot less hassle to just use cdrwin straight off a demo of which can be downloaded from the cdrwin site
