PS2 Bought

I just bought my PS2
The info I have on it is as follows

SCPH-3001R/97001 (on box upc)
P-27202731-6 (on box upc)
S01-0701623-5 (on box upc)
Serial-PT307016230 (on unit)
NTSC U/C

Now what is it that I need?
What chips will work best?
And any web site with backup info for beginners?
