boot disc ?

hey everyone,
I've been using GTA3 as my boot disc...but have ran into a probs gettin some dvdrs to boot....exp: scooby doo
won't boot with the GTA3 game ...it tries to load after the swap - goes past the credit screen to the Warner Bros logo then black screen....when I use the original scooby doo as the boot disc the game dvdr loads & plays fine...I think I posted this question kinda before...anyway whats out there with the largest TOC?
