Need Plextor PX-W1210TA Firmware 1.4 or below, PLEASE HELP!

Firmware is what control how the hardware operates in this case the cd burner. A little background, all firmware after 1.4 more or less disables the Plextors ability to burn SD2 games (only for the 1210Ta model) that I am aware of. So, if you have firmware before 1.4 you can burn SD2 games, otherwise your screwed.
