I can´t write in a cdrw. only the first time!! why?

hello. i can´t write in a cdrw two times. i buy a cdrw, burn and them a "clean the cdrw" but later when i try to burn the cdrw a error appears. I have a CREATIVE 4x4x24. I burn cd´s since 1999 but never it appened to me. Sorry my english, i´m portuguese
