Neverwinter Nights install problem

I am installing from a backup copy, installs fine but when I get to the end of the third disk it asks for the first one again. I put the first one in and continue but it just sits there and reads the cd and the HD works but nothing happens, the computer doesnt freexze but the setup doesnt seem to continue or end. Usually it crashes the computer after I try to stop it. Any ideas on how to prevent this or fix this? Thanks
