Dance Dance Revolution, Action Replay and 60Hz/50Hz...

Here is my problem I have the jap mixes of DDR and there is a desynchro between the song and the arrows... I heard that some action replay codes may be able to fix the problem. However, I don't have a Game Shark so I did download from megagames.com the GSCD iso... I wanted to know if it was proved to work on any kind of psx (afraid of a euro incompatibility). Hope you can help me on this one
