If you have NTFS then PrimoDVD will copy the original to hard disk and will complete provided you have enough room on your hard disk (say 110% of the original DVD size). The limit is 4.7GB.
So in full, good English, no abbreviations please explain further: 1 At what point does it go wrong? During copy or burn? 2 What error message or event occurs?
