Buffer underrun error is because you've got something else running on the PC that interferes with the DVD burning, or because you've got the A04 on the same IDE channel as your hard drive.
The fact that Nero didn't have this error was due to the same circumstances not occurring in your PC. So did you burn it correctly as per the turorials on www.psxcopyworld.co.uk?
