Help with burning downloaded ps2 games

Hi ive downloaded various games of the net by kal**to and para**x how do i burn them to cd do i need to do it in raw mode? or just leave the setting as is im using cdrwin/nero because i heard they were ripped in raw mode or is that just for getting them of the cd to pc?? i'm so confused thanks
