Extracting Madden files

Hi Guys!

Just starting to get into burning.

I have Madden 2000, 2001, 2002 on pc cd.

I want to extract the sound and commentary files from each
cd. But I want to be able to listen to those files before I burn them.

Just wondering the best way to go about it. I did a search through the forums and didn't find an answer yet.
So I thought I'd post.
Any help is GREATLY appreciated. Thanks.
