First, are you using CloneCD v4.0 ? If not then get it. This will put a Icon in your taskbar that will let you hide CD-R media.
Secondly, to amplify weak sectors you should Download ClonyXXL, this should let you amplify weak sectors if needed. BUT!!!!!!! Take Note that Reading "Weak Sectors" is illegal in the USA and Japan, and I dont think any version of CloneCD used in those areas will be able to read them.
