I Am Ignorant

Can anyone help me.

I have just started to back up cd's. I have all the software that is being used, CloneCD, Unsafedisc, etc.

What i want to do is make a back up copy of Fifa world cup 2002 or Max Payne. Each time i do the Cd's refuse to work.

I get the standard "Please put in the correct cd rom"

Would the fact the back up copies not working be due to my SONY CRX200E CD-RW.

Can anyone point me in the right direction??
