No Solder Modchip and 630 MB CDs

I have a no solder modchip. I bought a few CD-R games on the internet, but the problem is that the games are more than 650 MB. Do you guys know of any tricks to make the no-solder modchip work with more than 630 MB?

Do anybody knows of a website where I can buy CD and DVD games in the US?
