The thing I said I was going to do failed.

If anyone has had a problem like this with sonic adventure 2 and fixed it please post cause I really need help. Also if my original hooligans copy worked, why can't I just replace the 1st_read.bin with the echelon one and reburn as the echelon 1st_read.bin is surely patched with an ip.bin!
