Need Some Help

I'm looking for a RIP Guides for METAL GEAR SOLID 2 Pal
i downloaded the dvd but only have a cd-rw and a have
dragon rage and Godai_Element_Force_PAL but the screen roles
and need U.S. patchs for them.
