hmmm - first of all you want to rip the songs on your cd's to ur hard drive. Many programs can do this. Personally I use Real Jukebox 2 (it's really really old, but does the job excellently). I don't think you can download this free one anymore.
You could try maybe Musicmatch (is that the correct name?). Anyway, goto www.downloads.com to look for good ripping programs. Then for making the audio cd's I would recomment Nero - really easy stuff if you use the wizard.
