twisted metal world tour is not procted and you should not have to patch it,also you will only have to apply patches if the game is procted or you are tring to play a pal game on a ntsc psx or reverse ntsc to pal.what kind of media are you using,is your burner campatable with cdrwin.you can try clonecd to burn the unprocted games and see if that works.

use these clone settings

create a cd-image using clonecd with these settings

set read speed to 8X
select read subchanel data from data tracks
select read subchanel data from audio tracks
select abort on read errors(psx games do not have read errors)
unselect fast error skip
set read retry to at least 5
set error corrections to none
unselect intelligent bad sector scaner

to burn image to cd

set write speed to 1x or 2x
select raw dao
select dont repair sub chanel data
unselect simulate writing (if available)
select burn proof/just link (if available)
unselect perform laser power calibration
unselect wait till buffers are full
select always close last session
