Cdr Media Prices

I wanted to know where the best places to buy cdr media are.
I've heard people say they got places that they can buy them for about a cent, and my personal search has led to them being about 11cents apiece(80 min, silver silver, 400 packs). This is only because my friend hooked me up with a whole saler, and its probably only temparary. So far my best bets have been pricewatch.

My question is what do think are the best places, if you got a realy good bargian can you share it how you got it with the community and where to find it?
