CD Manufacturers

I work for a company that is starting to create a lot of CD’s for storing records. I read a bunch of the sections at this site regarding brands and manufacturers. Is there anyway to find out who manufactured the brand before buying? Most of our supplies have to come from Office Depot and they have no idea.
