MOHAA - Error on loading game

Hi, I'm hoping that somebody will be able to help me with this problem!
I created a backup of MOHAA using CloneCD 3.3.4.1 - this went perfectly and I installed the game using the backup CDs. I downloaded the no-cd patch from GCW.
Everything is fine until I try to play the game

When I start a new game, on the screen where you have the loading bar along the bottom - it just locks up.
I am running Windows XP.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
