Accident!!!

Hello there! Who wants to help a mate from Portugal?
Here´s what happened:
My ps2 v4 with neo 2.2 (whowwww!!!) has fallen and the tray got stuck. So i opened the machine and got it fixed. The problem now is when i play pro evolution soccer it stops loading in some parts (ex: 2 player vs - club teams). I use Mega Memory to boot, and i heard this isn't the best method because it's not so good with cheap cdr (should i buy ar2 v2 ?). My questions are:
the problem is with the boot? or the Copy's? Or got the laser descalibrated? Or maybe is the chip ? Do you think messiah would solve the problem ?
