Clony will have told you to use Fast Error Skip while reading to an image file. It is normal for oyu to see Failed to Read Sectors 800-10000 as this is the SD2 protection.
I believe your writer will handle Safedisk 2 ok, so just burn to cd after reading with Fast Error Skip and it should be ok. If you want to play it in a burner you will have to enable 'Hide CD-R Media in the Clone CD tray while playing.
