New Liteon 32x12x40????

Hi people,
I just got a new Liteon 32x12x40! When I try ClonyXL, it locks up. I try using Clone CD to make image and it does nothing. The version of Clone is 3.3.4.1. I'm using Windows 2000 Pro.
Can someone please shed some light on this problem that I'm having?
