nascar 4... cant find "no cd" file that will work

I have downloaded the "no cd" file from 2 different websites (neither worked so far) after extraction they end up being 3.22 mb and they replace the nascar racing 4.exe file..... when I click on the file to launch the game, it says "nascar racing 4.exe is not a valid Win32 application" I have re-installed the game, then installed the 1.3.0.6 patch, then ran the put the nocdcrack file in place of the .exe file that launches the game....and I get the same error..any ideas?
