Diablo 2 Protection

Gamecopyworld says that Diabloe 2 has Securom 2, i have Colin Mcrae rally 0.2 and that has securom 2.

However, i can copy Diablo 2, and cant copy Colin Mcrae rally, even though they both have the same protection,have i
been informed incorrectly, does Diablo 2, not Lord of destruction, have securom version 1 or 2 protection.
