Theme Park Inc. ENGLISH ver1.0 CD-Copy

errr well this is a strange one, ive wasted two cds on this one so far... i used CloneCD on both occasions.The installation is fine... but when I try to run the game the 'splash screen' appears then an error comes up illegal operation....
"GAME caused an invalid page fault in
module ~DF394B.TMP at 017f:100193f1."
I then ran EAsy... it appears you need directx 7a , EAsy tells me that ive only version7 but I really do have version 8.0a !!! (DEFINITELY)

Any ideas?
