Not only that, BOT-CK - for what reason should you enable ´fast error skip´!? D2 is SecuROM protected so you MUST NOT (!) have ANY errors!!!
If your writer is CloneCD DAO-PQ or DAO-PW supported use CloneCD with these settings: Read options: Read subchannel data from data tracks (with a reader supporting the reading of subchannel data - IMPORTANT! Otherwise the option is useless!) Write options: None! If CloneCD only supports one of the SAO modi or you´ve to use some other soft (e.g. CDRWin) go get the Daemon from www.daemon-tools.com and play with enabled SecuROM emulation - it should work fine
