Copy all the files from cd to a temp directory.
Replace the tropico.exe in the _setup directory with the one from the 1.02 upgrade patch (the patch only contains the new exe) Then burn the contents of the temp directory to a new blank using the same volume label as the original cd. All the tropico patches replace the cd protection with a simple cd #####.
