.C2D WinOnCd File Converting?

I have an image file in .c2d format which is WinOnCd...i dont have winoncd and cant even find a demo for it so I need to convert the file...i dont usually use isobuster or anything so if i use iso buster to extract all the files from it how do i rebuild another .bin or .iso file or clonecd file or something like that so i can burn it in one of thoose programs...??
