B&W cracks question that hasn't already been asked

Hi guys,
I need some tips from you about b&w. I searched this forum, but didn't find the information here. I'm sorry if I missed a post with the info (I see that the same questions get asked over and over again).

Question 1
I have an original CD of B&W (bought in the US). Is this the same as the UK version, or is there a separate US and UK version? The reason I ask is that under the cracks section off GCW's page, I see:
--Black & White v1.0 [ENGLISH] CD-Copy/Fixed EXE
--Black & White v1.0 [SPANISH] CD-Copy/Fixed EXE
--Black & White v1.0 [GERMAN] Fixed EXE
--Black & White v1.0 [US/UK] No-CD/Fixed EXE
--Black & White v1.0 [ALL] IP Security #####

The first item listed indicates [ENGLISH] while the 4th item listed indicates [US/UK]. I essentially want to know if the "Black & White v1.0 [ENGLISH] CD-Copy/Fixed EXE" will work on a US version of the game. I have seen threads here that indicate that the english fix will work on the dutch game, and that the German fix will work for a English version. I have heard no mention of a US version. So would the ENGLISH version work on a US release?

Question2
After I apply the CD-Copy fix and burn the backup, do I need to apply the "Black & White v1.0 [ALL] IP Security #####"? Or does the CD-Copy fix take care of this. I would assume running the IP reg patch would work fine after a backup burn since it is just a registry entry.

Question3
Does the "Black & White v1.0 [US/UK] No-CD/Fixed EXE" work with a backup created with the CD-Copy fix? Also, will the NO-CD fix work with the IP Security patch? Again, I assume it will since it is just a registry entry change.

Any help is greatly appreciated, and I am sorry if I missed threads discussing thes points. Thank you,
Hadrian
