I'm not sure how to do this

This is what it tells me to do, but do I have to install the living large disk first or in step 1 is it telling me to install the origional Sims cd and then replace those files with the ones from the archive? If it is telling me to just use the original Sims cd at any point do I have to install the living large cd?

Please help me this is my first time doing this.

The Sims: Livin' Large v1.0 [ENGLISH] Fixed EXE
Play Instructions:

1)Install the game - Full Installation.

2)Replace the original SIMS.EXE & SIMS.ICD files with the ones from Executable Archive.

3)Play the Game!
