For Midtown Madness 2 you can use UnSafeDisc 1.5.5 (see on Top of this site).
To make a working cracked EXE take the following files of this game: dplayerx.dll game.exe game.icd Start UnSafeDisc 1.5.5 browse to game.icd and the programm generate you a testme.exe. Rename it to the original-name of your game.exe and the game runs without any copy-protection-#####.
