it's a scam.
the same place is announcing a "ps2 boot cd".
the box is a dreamcast CDX box, with "ps2 boot disc" written over it. look closely.. the writing is straight, the box isn't.. and if you look very closely, you can see that it says "play import games on your Dreamcast" on the box.
