Need Help!

I'm new to these pages and I'm havin trouble. I downloaded the file for nba live 2001 to make a back up cd but I don't know what to do after that? I'm really new with burners i just got mine last week and im use easy creator 4 which i heard isn't that great (so any suggestions on different copying and protections software to get would be a huge help) but since i coulndt find any instructions on the gamecopy page i really need help on how to make this backup cds
