I found the following 2 methods most reliable;
Turn the SBOX on at the Start Game Screen. Select Without Codes Eject the Tray at the same time as hitting the X button. The above method works best with import backups, where as below is fine for PAL 2nd Method Turn the SBOX on at the Start Game Screen. Select Without Codes Eject the Tray and put back-up disk in. The load disk, when the tray is half way in hit X button.
